I started walking around 5 years ago, it was a way to get out and just do something different, that wasn’t expensive, didnt require much planning and almost top of the list was to help the old mental health.
I have mostly walked on my own over the years, it wasnt being selfish I just needed to do it on my own, but recently more people have joined in and there a lot more people who have said they will join me soon, and cant wait to start introducing them to the walks, and have a chat about things and getting stuff of our chests.
Its usually a Sunday morning and usually in Abergavenny, but if anyone fancies joining me then just let me know and I’ll be more thn happy to join you.
