City Walks – Explore the UK’s cities the best way possible, on foot. These hand-picked city walks take you through historic centres, leafy parks, backstreet gems and cultural landmarks. Whether you’re visiting for the day or just want to see your own city in a new light, these routes are packed with stories, surprises and plenty of great coffee stops along the way. No hiking boots needed, just a comfy pair of trainers and a bit of curiosity.
- Tube Trekking: Kew Tube Station > Kew Gardens > Kew Bridge to Hammersmith along the River Thames Walk.This Tube Trekking Thames walk from Kew to Hammersmith is one of those routes that quietly surprises you. It’s very London, but without the hustle and bustle. It’s calmer, greener, and far more local than the big-ticket central stretches of the river, you feel like you are one of the locals on this walk.
- Tube Trekking: Monument to Westminster via London Bridge along the South Bank Queens Walk. Inc. The Golden Hinde, The Globe, Tate Modern, London Eye & Big Ben.This Tube Trekking route follows the Thames Path from Monument to Westminster, linking together some of London’s most important historic and cultural landmarks. It’s flat, easy and packed with stories — Roman trade routes, Tudor theatres, Victorian industry and modern London all stitched together by the river.
- Tube Trekking: Shoreditch & Brick Lane Street Art Loop (Liverpool Street Circular). Free Self-Guided Tour.This Tube Trekking loop from Liverpool Street Station is a relaxed, self-guided wander through some of the best street art in Shoreditch and Brick Lane. Instead of hills and trig points, you’ve got murals, paste-ups, graffiti battles and ever-changing walls.

The Big Bus hop-on hop-off tour makes life easier. Sit back on the open-top deck, listen to the commentary, and let the bus do the hard work while you decide where to hop off and explore.

- Cambridge City Centre Circular Walk – 5km Historic Trail Through Colleges, The Backs, Religious Sites and Riverside Views.The Cambridge City Centre Circular is a relaxed 5km self-guided walk through the heart of one of Britain’s most beautiful and historic cities. With grand university buildings, hidden alleyways, riverside paths, and ancient chapels, this route offers a perfect blend of heritage, green space, and charm, all without needing to leave the city.
- Richmond Park Circular Walk – The Tamsin Trail & King Henry’s Mound has Wild Deer, Views & Woodland in the Heart of Greater London.Richmond Park is one of the best urban walking spots in the UK. Despite being just 30 minutes from Central London, it feels like a true escape – with open grasslands, ancient oak trees, and hundreds of free-roaming deer.
