Returns & Refund Policy
At Welsh Man Walking, I’m a one-man adventure brand. If something isn’t right, drop me a message and I’ll do my best to sort it out. I don’t do corporate scripts, but I need to put some policies in place to protect myself and do the very best I can for my customers.
Returns
You can return clothing within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty or I messed up. Please read the ‘Non-returnable points’ below.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? No worries, I’ll happily exchange it. Because each item is printed specially for you, exchanges may take a few days. The returns point above will apply, and please read the ‘Non-returnable points’ below.
Refunds
Once I’ve checked the returned item, refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 3–5 working days to process it.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately I can’t accept returns for:
- Worn or washed clothing
- Items with deodorant, aftershave, or perfume marks
- Anything damaged after arrival
