Sim Local Discount Code: 10% Off with WELSHMAN

Use Sim Local discount code WELSHMAN for 10% off. You can enter the code when buying through the Sim Local website or app. Apply it before paying and check that the discount appears in your final order total.

I have used a Sim Local Unlimited eSIM on my iPhone, and setting it up was very easy. This page explains the offer and checkout steps; my separate reviews cover the travel experience and the different plans in more detail.

How to use WELSHMAN on the website or app

Sim Local’s official discount instructions use the same checkout sequence for the website and app:

1. Choose the destination and plan that suits your trip. Check the countries covered, duration and included data before continuing.
2. Confirm that your phone is unlocked and eSIM compatible using the device confirmation at checkout.
3. Continue as a guest or sign in to your account.
4. Select “Add a discount code”, enter WELSHMAN and select “Apply”.
5. Check that the 10% discount has been applied to the final total, then complete your purchase.

Even if you arrive through my link, check the checkout total rather than assuming the code has been applied automatically. Read Sim Local’s official discount-code instructions if the checkout screen looks different.

What if the discount code does not work?

First check the spelling of WELSHMAN, remove any accidental spaces and make sure you have selected “Apply”. Confirm that you are entering it in the discount field before completing payment.

I do not have a separate cashback offer to promise, and I have not confirmed whether this code can be combined with another promotion. If the discount is still missing, ask Sim Local to confirm eligibility for your chosen purchase before paying. Offers and checkout arrangements can change, so the displayed total is the important check.

Choose the right eSIM before buying

A discount is only useful if the plan matches your trip. Check your destination against the actual country list, the plan’s validity period and whether your phone supports that eSIM. Also check when validity starts and follow the installation instructions supplied for your purchase.

If you need calls or texts as well as internet access, check what the specific plan includes. Do not assume every eSIM has the same features. For an Unlimited plan, read the current fair-use and speed information rather than treating the word “unlimited” as a guarantee of unrestricted full-speed data.

My experience using Sim Local on an iPhone

I use travel eSIMs when I go abroad hiking. I have tested Sim Local’s Unlimited plan on an iPhone, and the setup worked as described. I found it very easy to get started, which is what I want when preparing for a trip.

That is my own setup experience, rather than a promise that every phone or destination will behave identically. For the fuller travel account, including using Sim Local in the Dolomites, read my firsthand Sim Local review.
