Hüsi Bierhaus Bar & Restaurant – Interlaken West, Switzerland

Hüsi Bierhaus is a unique bar and restaurant in Interlaken, which is a beautiful town in the heart of the Swiss Alps. We went there for our evening meal after arriving in Interlaken, and we absolutely loved it. They have a great website also, click here to see it.

It’s pretty unique and very popular, and serves great food and has a good selection of beers. They really look after the visitors to the area, we felt right at home in fairness.

I hiked this region in 2022 twice and absolutely loved it, I have put together a full 5 day walk through of my trip here, hopefully it will inspire you to do it.
