It’s outside the main tourist area, and already by 10am it was busy and hardly any tables left, but we got lucky and got a table we could all fit on. As soon as you walk in you know this place is quality, the decor is amazing, the smell of the coffee and the food, and the people working there were so friendly and worked really hard.
Velo’s ethos is to provide ‘Extraordinary food & Italian coffee’, and we were all blown away by both. I had the ‘Breakfast Burrito’ and it was out of this world, the eggs so fresh, and the salsa was perfect with it, and had a coffee which was also really nice and fresh.
There is no doubt that every time I am in Interlaken, I will be going to Velo Vegan Cafe for my breakfast.
